   Food was delicious and flavorful. I ordered the prosciutto eggs Benedict, a pancake, and my friend ordered the Loco Moco. We tried each other’s dishes and shared the pancake. Everything was presented very nicely, and tasted great. Only downside was that because the restaurant was fully packed, the service was not as good as I’m sure it would be if it was less chaotic. My latte was missing the vanilla flavor, and I had to ask multiple times to get some sweetener on the side. I also asked for a ketchup and hot sauce, which never came. These are all minor things and overall the server and owner were friendly, and the food came out quickly. I would definitely go back again.

   My wife and I discovered Single Shot while we were visiting from Portland and absolutely loved it. Great vibe in the restaurant and the service was excellent. The chicory salad was our favorite and the halibut and pork chops were amazing. Will visit again on our next trip to Seattle!

   This is a chic and sexy little neighborhood spot that’s been around for about 10+ years. My black walnut old fashioned was the perfect foil for the dark and stormy night. The food was all delicious, but the Dungeness crab risotto knocked my socks off! The service was spotless. When coming to this restaurant give yourself lots of extra time as parking is hard to come by. Can’t wait to come back!

    The food and bar at Single Shot are second to none. Great appies and mains. Always some new and fun cocktails to try. One of our favorite restaurants!!!
