Taking influence from abundant country fields in Europe, SIX combines the freshest ingredients with a passion for bringing out inherent flavours in a contemporary approach to cuisine. SIX will offer a variety of dining experiences. From our intimate and ambient Dining Room, with luxurious design and every romantic detail taken care of, to the more relaxed and informal Brasserie style dining area. SIX is also Brighton"s first cold-pressed cocktail bar, offering a diverse menu of beautifully constructed drinks, along with a selection of the finest organic wines. We will also be serving our own brewed craft beers, made and imported from a small village outside of Ghent in Belgium. We are committed to solely using locally sourced, organic seasonal ingredients to create our perfectly balanced menus for both our Brasserie and Dining Room. All ingredients are meticulously sourced and supplied directly by local producers to ensure they are of freshest and highest quality available.

Great place for a business lunch. The steak and chips was perfect, coffee, perfect, all round perfect. I'll be back.

This is one of my favourite brunch spots. Its a lovely place inside, tastefully decorated. There is some quiet ambience music which takes the edge off when you are on a date, like I was at my most recent visit. There is a great selection on the menu which caters to all diets including plant based and gluten-free. The staff are very helpful when it comes to advising on the menu, and are incredibly friendly. The only thing I wanted to mention about my most recent visit which was a slight let down, was that service was slow. This could be down to a number of factors and its not my usual experience of this venue, however it was noticeable that even water coming to the table to an extra time.

the service was super slow and it wasn’t entirely busy. got our coffee orders wrong twice. baked beans from the breakfast taste unusual as hell , definitely not heinz or branston beans that’s for sure! would come again if it wasn’t for those points. lovely aesthetic decor tho x

Had been here a few times before and we always liked coming for lunch as it was a lovely vibe and food was delicious. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience this time on my partners birthday, they didn’t have our table ready and then we got put in the forgotten corner and we had to go and ask twice for someone to take our order and then it took a while for the food to come and when it came they brought out the wrong items and the food was quite bland and small portions not worth the money.

Had a very nice family dinner, we were offered a choice of tables, quieter side vs noisy atmospheric. We chose quiet as we had stuff to catch up on but very nice. Food was good, quite simple menu but that is often a good thing, too much choice can be a challenge. We had several vegetarians and maybe one more option would be good for them. Otherwise good.
