    South Park never disappoint! Everything about tonight was very good, the service, the cocktails, and the food. I always recommend South Park to friends.

    There were five of us and we had a wonderful time at Southpark Seafood. We sat in a booth in the bar area at the far end of the restaurant. It was an excellent choice as the vibe was just right. Service was great and food was great. Strongly recommended, especially if you go between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. (their Happy Hour(s)) when everything is 15% off, that includes all food and all drinks.

    Always a treat and a pleasure to come dine here. We're never ever disappointed. From the service to the food is always fantastic. Thanks for making our New Years Eve dining experience a great one.

    We had a wonderful pre-show dinner on New Year’s Eve. The food was outstanding. I fear that Southpark gets forgotten in the rush to “the best new” restaurant.

    Service was "okay" nothing exceptional. Staff was "cordial" but not approachable. I've been here twice and both times I felt the same way with service and staff. Food was good, for Portland.

    Our hotel concierge, Sheryl, recommended this restaurant and specifically their clam chowder because the clams are still in the shell. I’m so glad we went. Our waiter, Luke J was phenomenal, even giving us tips on things to do. We had the clam chowder, mushroom puffs and a salmon & cheese board and all were excellent. Their crackers and gelato are made in house and delicious. We’d definitely come back.

    While the meal portions have shrunk and the cost has grown (since our first visits in the 1990's), Southpark meals continue to be well prepared, even innovative, and the service dutiful. Home runs this visit were the clam chowder and swordfish! Needs improvement is the chicory salad which was tasty but only 1.5 oysters sat atop, and the cioppino was all shellfish - maybe a bad scoop not having any chunks of fish - and the toast was burned. Their location and dining room size is hard to beat, so I'm sure that we'll be back.

    The food and service was excellent. Especially enjoyed the oysters on the half shell and the espresso martini.
