    The best thing I can say was the hostesses were friendly and we didnt have to wait long to be seated with a reservation. The food is subpar but not overly expensive. Our waitress was awful. Didn't greet us at all just went straight to "what do you want to drink". Didn't ask us if we were ready to order or if we wanted appetizers before asking what we were having to eat. She also didn't bother to ask if anyone wanted soup or salad and assumed everyone wanted salad and only asked what dressing they wanted. I ordered an appetizer when ordering my meal that never came but we weren't charged for it so not a big deal. Had to ask her to get refills. I can overlook all that if the food was good but you can get better "italian" at Fazolis. All around not a great experience and won't be back.

    Nice staff. So different from the original and very disappointed in the lack of character. It was loud. Bathrooms were terrible, paper on the floor and out of toilet paper in one. Are reservation was at 4:15 pm it was busy when we got there.

    We had a terrible experience with our server Aubrey/Audrey. Food was mediocre and the loss of the original building has taken from the ambience, which is no one’s fault… but they really missed the mark in the new location.

    So much better than the last time we were there. Except for the constant bass! I don’t know if it was a car outside or what was going on but it pretty much ruined the meal for us. Our table was super wobbly too. When I cut my chicken, hubby’s beer almost spilled. Please fix those. And what’s with the mini bread loaves?

    Waited over 30 mins at our table and no server ever came. There were 5 servers in the back room we were seated in. Yes it was busy but not that busy to be completely ignored. After watching a party of 3 get seated and waited on immediately we walked out. Ended up walking down to a near by restaurant, waited 15 mins to get a table and had our food within 20 mins. Almost the same amount of time we sat at the spaghetti warehouse. After our experience we looked at some of the other reviews, we read many others had the same experience. Definitely trust the reviews if you don't want to waste your time.

    My two granddaughters and I had a very good experience at spaghetti warehouse. We were on our way to see the Nutcracker and we wanted to try the spaghetti warehouse. Food was delicious. Everything was a OK. Towards the end of the evening though it did get pretty loud. But the open ceilings I can understand there would be a lot of noise. But we had a wonderful time.

    The food was good. I was looking forward to sharing the sights of the colorful Columbus Commons with my family during dinner. I made reservations far in advance for our Christmas celebration. We were seated in the “trolley” area where the view is limited.
