   Has always been one of our favorite spots - views, food, ambience and service make Splashes amazing. Our server Alex was wonderful. Thrilled the restaurant has finally reopened after the hotel’s major remodel!

   Had an impromptu date night. Had wanted to try the restaurant after the remodel. Arrived a few minutes before our reservation at 8. Seated promptly. The service was attentive but not instrusuve. Alex did a great job! we were having a Private conversation and never felt pushed or neglected. The food is next level. Lobster bisque. Winter salad. Hamachi (pine nuts too heavy in this dish) then the creamiest halibut, cooked absolutely perfectly. Stunning just stunning. small thing. They started clearing all the little lamps off the tables before we got our main. I know they needed to set for bfast but I wish they would have left the little candles on and just reset the tables and taken them off and whenever we left

   Everyone loved their cocktails and food. The service was top notch. Patrick knew his stuff! He was personable, knowledgeable and responsive. We’ll definitely be back. .

   Beautiful restaurant - loved the ambient and table lighting and cozy atmosphere. Just gorgeous with Chihuly chandelier. Food was delicious and service fantastic. Loved the special cocktail ice cubes with resort logo - another small touch that makes the dining experience special. Save room for dessert. Returning soon to dine during daylight so we can enjoy the ocean view!

   I have been coming to Splashes for over 20 years. Dining at Splashes is an experience. Enjoy the majestic sunset, listen to crashing waves while dining on exceptional food served by passionate and caring staff. We had Johanna as our server this evening. She was amazing. There is a new general manager, Julian, and he came over to our table, introduced himself and shared with us his hospitality industry experience. He is perfect for this new role in a beautiful remodel, hotel and dining area. The bar is still under construction and will be open in a few weeks. You can never go wrong dining at Splashes. While the price of this Christmas four course price fixe menu was more than the norm, it was worth it. We had the Wagyu New York steak medium rare which was divine. I had the Hamachi appetizer which was exceptional. The desserts are a work of art. This restaurant is always on the top of my list when there is a special holiday or occasion. You will never be disappointed at Splashes.
