   Love going here in December when the Boulderado is decorated. Food was great and our waiter was amazing.

   Luca was a fabulous waiter! I have lived in Boulder Co. for 31+ years and have frequented many, many restaurants. Luca was by far the best waiter that I have experienced! My table of five was equally impressed! The food was good and the atmosphere, as always, was extremely pleasant!

   I met a friend here for dinner. We were in an area where it was hard to see us so several servers walked by without asking if we’d been helped. Once he saw us, our server was wonderful and attentive. We both got salads that were fine but nothing to rave about. I got the Caesar with salmon. It had almost no dressing on it but was good. The salmon was cooked well. If I was at the hotel, it would be a good place for dinner. I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to return.

   We arrived at 12:05 and took forever to order (our fault). We finally ordered drinks, avocado toast, a lox bagel, and a breakfast sandwich at about 12:35. We received our drinks in about ten minutes. Our food did not arrive until 1:25, and we only received 3 out of 4 dishes. The 4th came 5 mins later. There were zero apologies or updates or anything until the last dish was delivered separately from the rest. The server was courteous, but definitely slammed. Food was good!

   We had a delightful time at Spruce last night. The food was delicious and the ambiance festive. Our server was incredible and has a great personality. My only complaint is that we had a reservation and still had to wait about 20 to 25 minutes to be seated. However, during the holidays, I can let that go when it comes to the overall ratings.

   We had an hour wait for the food Fter getting our drinks, but it was well worth the wait!

   It's always a pleasure to dine at the Boulderado during the Holidays! The lobby Christmas tree is always so festive and beautiful. It was lovely sitting on the porch at Spruce farm and Fish and enjoying a delicious meal and a glass of wine! Our server was great!

   My eggs Benedict were atrocious, which is quite out of character. The muffin that the Benedict was mounted on could not be cut with a knife for it. Half of this so-called hashbrowns were closer to potato chips, then recently fried potatoes. On top of that was the coffee taste burnt. Replacement with a new cup was just as burnt. I have dark roasted a lot of beans, but I know the difference between a dark roast and a burnt roast. This is one of my favorite restaurants so I certainly hope this does not pretend the future. Please get your act together and have someone testing the food leaving your kitchen. I used to be a chef in Aspen before I was a surgeon. Maybe I can help. FYI the wait staff was simply great
