You can expect light and freshly prepared bistro cuisine with classic, simple dishes prepared to their very best. The focus is on regional products from Sylt and Schleswig-Holstein, such as fish, seafood, lamb or Frisian Galloway beef, all of which are prepared in a variety of manners. We also offer stews, a type of cooking that is rarely found. We prepare seasonally inspired daily menus, which can include curly kale, wild garlic, lamb, herring or duck.

    Der Ruf der dem Restaurantleiter voraus eilte wurde wahr. Ein rundum positives Erlebnis. So viel Freundlichkeit,Aufmerksamkeit,gestalteter meiner Frau und mir einen gelungenen Abend.     Das Essen ist hervorragend!! Sehr schönes Restaurant mit tollem Service. Für unseren Hund lag bereits eine Decke und ein Wassernapf bereit. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Abend , wir kommen gerne wieder

    Wir waren gestern das erste Mal dort und haben es nicht bereut. Von der Begrüßung über den Service bis hin zum Ambiente mit Kaminfeuer ein toller Abend. Nur zu empfehlen. Wir werden uns wieder sehen.

    Dies war unser erster aber bestimmt nicht letzter Besuch , Alles passte - problemlose Terminbuchung, nettes Ambiente, tolle Aussicht, wunderbares Essen. Sogar der (angemeldete) Hund wurde mit Decke und Wassernapf begrüßt.
