You can expect light and freshly prepared bistro cuisine with classic, simple dishes prepared to their very best. The focus is on regional products from Sylt and Schleswig-Holstein, such as fish, seafood, lamb or Frisian Galloway beef, all of which are prepared in a variety of manners. We also offer stews, a type of cooking that is rarely found. We prepare seasonally inspired daily menus, which can include curly kale, wild garlic, lamb, herring or duck.

Wir waren gestern das erste Mal dort und haben es nicht bereut. Von der Begrüßung über den Service bis hin zum Ambiente mit Kaminfeuer ein toller Abend. Nur zu empfehlen. Wir werden uns wieder sehen.

Dies war unser erster aber bestimmt nicht letzter Besuch , Alles passte - problemlose Terminbuchung, nettes Ambiente, tolle Aussicht, wunderbares Essen. Sogar der (angemeldete) Hund wurde mit Decke und Wassernapf begrüßt.

Als Gast im Budersand Hotel haben wir hier einmal zu Abend gegessen. Die Preise waren schon extrem happig, die Portion auf dem Teller/in der Salat Schale sehr übersichtlich; aber angeschwärzte Bratkartoffeln erwarte ich in der Preiskategorie nicht auf meinem Teller. Service war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank dafür…
