We serve high quality and tasty delicacies made with organic ingredients. To satisfy our customer’s taste buds, we look for the best raw ingredients tirelessly from local farmers.

We serve various kinds of fish. They are all carefully chosen from the fish market each morning. All fish are sliced in traditional style that preserves the original flavor and texture. Our executive chef overseen every dish. From choosing the rice and seaweed to the decoration of plate, each dish is the demonstration of our dedications to customers. We strive for the recognition as a customer-oriented restaurant through our delicious food, enthusiastic services and serenading environment. It is worth staying up until midnight two weeks before your date to snag a reservation. The place is small, modest, and plain. However, the sushi is fantastic! The staff is lovely and they work together to take care of you. We were sitting in the back of the restaurant near the sushi line and we were surprised by how many orders of carryout were going out through their own couriers. It was easily twice as much that was served in their restaurant that night. So that should tell you how good their sushi is. We ordered two of the tuna and avocado appetizers which were fresh and light. Good start to the meal. The vegetable tempura was good, with an awesome dipping sauce. The BBQ beef wrapped around a green onion stack was (I forget the name) just okay. We wouldn't order that again. The Hamachi Crudo was fabulous! All of the sushi was also so yummy. The fatty Yellowtail was the favorite. We also had two bottles of the Rose they offer and it was a great compliment to the sushi.

The fish was super off today and the service was terrible. Workers were clearly frustrated. Do not offer 2:30 reservation if you don’t want people seated at the time.
