    Specialty drinks were very excellent. Be aware the smoked prime rib comes out cold, it is smoked not baked. Fried pickles were a hit with everyone. These were cut into chips and fried. Drumstick starter were as large as I've ever seen. Good selections for the Vegan and lactose i intolerant Biscuits were huge, get 3 as a starter. We cut them in half Service was very good as we had 6 people on a very busy night. Enjoyed the live music (We were there on a Saturday night)

    are here on thanksgiving but off the regular menu. Chicken was bitter tasting, pimento cheese looked off putting to me. It looked like rice. Just not our cup of tea

    We had a great time at Sweet Tea & Barley. We went to dinner there on a Saturday night and sat in the bar/ounge area. They had a band playing Jazz music, TV's to watch college football, great service and food! Highly recommend.

    We had a great meal at Sweet Tea and Barley. We are local and try to get in every other week. Food portions are great, lovely atmosphere and waitstaff. My husband loves the burgers and I go for the BBQ! Yum. Can be a bit noisy eating in the bar area on weekends, so we ask for the Garden Room. A lot quieter there.

    Delicious food. Great atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Only downside was there were several events going on at the Lodge so there was no parking or valet service. Even with a reservation, we had to park several blocks away and walk back. Appeared to only be one waitress working taking orders in the Lounge area so service was mediocre. But in her defense it was very busy.
