This is one of our favorites in Santa Fe. The new owner/chef has elevated the menu and everything is not only delicious but the presentation is outstanding. We had the salmon (it was cooked perfectly to order with lots of veggies), the crab cakes (lots of crab and flavor), lamb in a tangine (so tender it fell off the bone), and the pork tomahawk (huge and delicious with great veggies). We had several wines from the wine list which is comprehensive without being overwhelming. The service was perfect; friendly, attentive but not overbearing at all. We highly recommend this place for a lovely dinner with friends.

Our second visit to an old favorite now under new leadership. The food was really quite good and impressed me more than our first visit. The charcuterie board was generously adorned with excellent cheeses, meats, nuts, fruit -- it is quite generous and more than improvement over what was available previously. We split the Beet and Burratta salad and honestly believed our server misunderstood we wanted to SPLIT and single salad; no, in fact we were charged for a single salad, but the portion size was incredible...and the salad was fresh, delicious and creative. We would absolutely order this again...but to split. For entrees, my wife had the Scallops and Lobster Tail. This is a nice dish, delicious, great flavors, but for $52 you'd expect more than two (smallish) seas scallops and a tiny lobster tail. Good food; not a great value. I enjoyed the evening's special -- pan seared Branzino which was phenomenal...as modest as the scallop entree was, this was quite generous with a creative "stacked" presentation of risotto, spinach (perfect), deliciously seasoned Branzino (two generous filets cut into four pieces for stacking), and sugar snap peas on top...it was my favorite meal in Santa Fe in some time. No room for dessert. Service was efficient, team led, efficient and not obtrusive. Well done to everyone! We were seated near the exit onto the patio; it was a cold night in Santa Fe and these seats were quite cool and drafty. Floor heater did little to relieve the chill. The 'back room' is a small dining room...the other patrons' conversations were extremely easy to hear...partially a small room with every seat filled and partially a lack of awareness on the part of the other diners to just how loudly they carried on their conversations. Just saying, this space is not 'quiet' when the room is filled. A very positive experience...we will return.

Unfortunately two of us ordered the ravioli. It was not good. I am guessing since it was a quiet night, the main chef was not there. Whoever was in the kitchen didn’t know what they were doing. Too bad. Last time we were there with the new ownership, everything was very tasty. I question if we will be back. Service was excellent though.

TerraCotta was in good form last night. We were there for Restaurant Week. The menu was extensive. One diner had Portuguese soup, pork ossobuco,, and chocolate mousse. All excellent and well served.

My first time since it has changed hands. It is even better which is hard to imagine. Different menu and everything we tried was so good. The desserts reminded me of dining in Europe because many times American desserts are really sweet like sugar sweet. The desserts were flavorful and delicious. We both had the Mar y Tierra and everything from the lobster tail to the shrimp and the hanger steak were perfect. Hanger steak can be tough but you never would have believed it was hanger steak. It was so tender and the flavors of the lobster tail and shrimp were just right, great flavor without losing the pure taste of the lobster or shrimp. I had the pork appetizer and as we ate we were saying how we would be coming back. Its restaurant week so if can, make a reservation because it was only $70 for 3 courses and you will be happy you did. This is what restaurant week is about. Getting locals to try restaurants they may not otherwise. Great atmosphere and perfect for conversation.

Likely the single best dinner I have had in Santa Fe in the past 3 years. That includes eating at neasrly all the fine dining places in town. The starter salad was excellent. Osso buco is one of my favorite dishes. This Pork Osso Buco was one of the best I have ever had. A perfectly cooked pork shank nestled in a well-seasoned, but NOT overly salted sauce rich in carrots, other veggies, and pasta. A superb dish, more French than Italian in style. My wife had the pork belly appetizer followed by the rack of lamb. She thought both dishes were excellent. We both had the chocolate mousse for dessert. It was marvelous, and accompanied by a scoop of ice cream and a fruit medley topping. All in all, each dish was superb. The wine list included many excellent choices in the $50-75 range. Service was excellent. Ambience was quiet and comfortable. We will return many times !
