   8p reservation for two, checked in 15 minutes early. Not seated until after 9:30p. Others couples w reservations at 7p, 730p, 745 were all waiting as well and sharing frustrations. After finally being seated, one woman greeted us, gave us water, and said a waiter would be there shortly. Literally NO ONE ever came back. We never had a waiter. Our reservation noted we were there to celebrate my birthday. No acknowledgement. Because this is a self serve model for salad and we were starving, we walked up to get a plate of food. Eventually the folks with the steaks began stopping by to offer, but again, NO WAITER. My husband flagged down a person from the bar to get us a drink after about 45 minutes. Not joking, we literally had to flag down a random employee to ASK for a check to pay so we could leave at the end. They looked at us confused but came back with a check. Instinctively I tipped as I normally would and it didn't occur to me until after we were walking to our car that wait... I just tipped.... but who did I actually tip LOL. We both frequently dine at nice restaurants for both business and personal reasons, and this was the worst service experience we have ever had. Also couldn't order a desert to celebrate my birthday. Very disappointing experience. Only give them two stars because the food was actually pretty good.

   My husband and I both prefer our meat well-done. So when we were served, we had to keep asking if the meat was well done and each time it wasn't. So we kept having to request for well done meat. They said they would return but did not in a timely matter. We kept having to kindly request it again and again. Maybe there is something that could help the servers know what type of meat is preferred. Our waiter Edgar was very apologetic and kind. But the wait to get our meat was a little extreme. Me and our husband went on a date to try to rekindle things between us, so we ended up having plenty of time to talk while we waited. We ended up being there for 2 and a half hours. Thank you.

   We definitely had a huge issue or issues during this dinning experience. I will say that the manager was as helpful as she could be given our situation. Did put a damper on what was a overall delightful birthday for my wife.

   Went there for the wife's birthday with some friends. Not our first time at a Brazilian steak house, but first time here. Apparently the yes/no cards for meat don't mean anything to them. We kept getting interrupted every couple of minutes to ask if we wanted this or that. Some might not see this as a problem, but we were there with friends to enjoy an evening and barely had anytime to have a conversation. Our waiter had to be asked twice to get refills and more sides. Some parties in the group purchased "gift cards" from Costco and we unable to use them. They only allow 1 form of "discount" per table/reservation no matter if you pay separate or not. Food was ok, but not worth the $134 for 2 I paid without tip. Fogo De Chao is way better in my opinion.

    Very disappointing experience. We always take our kids to steakhouses on Thanksgiving but todays wasn’t the best- waited 20mins on drinks, with a baby, that’s too long.. meat cuts weren’t great, and couldn’t take anything to go after not being able to eat during most of my meals because of our infant. Won’t be back.
