   My overall rating for this establishment was 3.5. I had certainly enjoyed my experiences at the Texas De Brazil in the Dallas area a few years ago. Tonight , my wife and I were both disappointed in our overall experience. Price wasn't an issue, we anticipated a great experience. The prices we paid didn't match the "ok" service. Our waiter had to be told twice we wanted chicken. He checked on us a few times but never asked about refills on drinks. The salad bar was ok. However there's opportunity for a wider variety, that includes desserts. We 've been to similar steakhouses and the level of service and professionalism was unmatched. We will not return.

   Host calling us into the restaurant to sit us yelled at us like a pe teacher after she saw we were at the bar waiting for service for drinks. No one at the bar greeted us had to ask for attention. Requested bacon wrapped filet and they never brought it asked about 3 or 4 times

   Our server Logan did a good job all night he was very attentive with us . He made sure our experience was a good one he recommended great drinks and meats . When it came to dessert he also recommended drinks that matched perfectly with our dessert . Definitely look forward to coming back and have Logan be our server again .

   Service was the worst I have had ever before anywhere. We were sitting at the table for more then 30 min before anyone brought us any meat. When they did tater serving we were only served 4 out of the many options they had. Will definitely not go here every again

   The food was delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever been so full. I loved being able to samplw the different meats and not be wasteful.

   The food was good as always, but we had a reservation and were not sat until 45 mins after our reservation time. Our server was also very slow to get our drinks and sides, which has never happened at another chain of this restaurant. Overall, it looked like they over booked themselves and our experience was worse because of it.

   While there is not much service needed at a Brazilian steakhouse, we received NONE. Our waiter never refilled my daughter’s tea, all while walking past several times. Never asked us if we wanted anything to drink after initial sit down. My husband ordered a beer when we sat down and we had to remind him of it a couple of times. We waited for him so long that he finally came and asked “are you waiting for something “ I had to bite my tongue, yes, the check! Not even a manager came to check on us. After numerous other tables had been helped and left. Oh, and our reservation was at 5:00, we were not seated until 5:20. We won’t be visited this restaurant again.

   We had an early dinner reservation on one of the busiest holiday weekends and seated only 20 min. later. Which I think is pretty good timing considering. The staff at the hostess table worked hard and tried to be fast but forgot to smile to look at their guests walking in. Once we sat at our table, the staff were quick to welcome us. The food looked amazing and tasted as great as it looked. The salad area also looked and tasted amazing. Look forward to going again.
