   I went for Valentine's Day prix fix dinner with my hubs. The dining room is just off the lobby of the lovely hotel and has a nice setting with artwork with scenes of NC . It's a small dining room, holding probably a total of 50 guests or less. The servers were competent and professional. The cocktail menu was pleasant, but thedrinks took longer than should have to arrive. Our Caesar Salads were fresh with a yummy dressing. We both had the Ribeye steak with asparagus and loaded mashed potatoes. The sides were delicious; the steak had a nice flavor and cooked to our liking, but quality of the steak was low with much grizzle and fat. The highlight of the meal was dessert, recommended by our waiter. A cherry and biscuit shortcake with a chocolate drizzle. It was like the most delicious cherry pie but layered with the most delicious biscuits. I would go back just for this. Overall, a good evening.

   We enjoyed our Hamilton themed meal. The ambiance was nice and service was great. Our apps and desserts were great. Both entrees were decent.

   The food and service were amazing. TK is the absolute best and made our first visit memorable. We will be back!! Also- the Cajun eggs Benedict and banana bread are to die for!!

   Very nice experience. Great service. Food was good. The theme dinner concept with Hamilton was a bigger idea than the execution. All in all a nice dinner

   I recently dined at The Asbury, and while I was looking forward to a nice evening out, the experience was far from enjoyable. First, the noise level was overwhelming. The restaurant was so loud that it was nearly impossible to hold a conversation with the people at my table. Whether it was the acoustics of the space or just poor crowd management, it made for a frustrating dining experience. Service was another issue. Our server brought the check and casually mentioned that dessert would be out soon. This is simply not acceptable service etiquette. We never indicated that we were in a rush or needed to leave by a certain time, so it felt like we were being hurried out before we had even finished our meal. While the food itself may have been good, the overall experience left much to be desired. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a relaxed meal with good conversation, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

   The Hamilton experience was fun. The choices were a bit limited. I wished there were a few more options. I had the Roast where it happened, the pot roast. Unfortunately, it was just average, was hoping for better. My husband had the Salmon. He said it was delicious.

   This was not a good dining experience. We went before seeing Hamilton for a special menu. From not being greeting when walking in the experience was not good. The service was very poor and food did not meet expectations. We had to send back salmon that was raw in the middle, were told they ran out of ice cream (part of the pre set menu), then only received ice cream and not the dessert we chose. The table next to us had the same experience. Never once did a manager come to check on us or apologize. I would not recommend this place.

   We ordered the Hamilton dinner experience. The appetizers were fine. For the main course we had the chicken parm and the pot roast. There only 5 small pieces of meat in the roast. Then we were told they didn't have brownies or cheesecake. Most of my party didn't want the peach cobbler so they offered us a strawberry cake, which we didn't care for. Then a woman named Nikki came by asked how we were doing. When we told her about our lack of dessert she went to the kitchen and found 3 brownies. Thankfully! For this being a special event it seemed very poorly planned.

    Our server Nikki was amazing but the chicken parm pasta was cold and bland. Not worth the $40 price for a themed Hamilton meal.
