Gervasi Vineyard & Italian Bistro offers Northeast Ohio a memorable destination for wine lovers, diners, families, businesses and tourists. Gervasi is one of the few special places where beauty, tradition, comfort and appreciation for wine and fresh food connect. Wine varieties are among the best in Ohio. The Gervasi Italian Bistro dinner menu ingredients are seasonally hand-selected and grown by local farmers. The property, vineyard, historic farmhouse, Bistro, lake, landscapes, and Hotel for overnight accommodations are picturesque from every view. Highlights include a marketplace specialty store, event pavilion, walking paths, outdoor dining and yard game activities for relaxation and fun. We do have a community table and upstairs lounge area available for walk-ins as well, with the full menu.

The service was wonderful, and the food was good! I had to keep my coat on the whole time because my table was pushed up against a window, and we couldn't be moved due to availability. Also, my husband and I really love the meat and cheese appetizer. We do miss the sweet onion compote though since it has been swapped for the pickled onions. I always enjoy a menu swap though to keep trying new items. Thanks for a nice evening!

Food good, ambiance good. Only thing noticed that could be improved on was the girl who, several times through our dinner, went past each table with her tablet, marking where in the dinner service each table was. We all know this happens... the host needs to know who's eating their entree vs who's signing the checks, but this is usually done in a more discreet manner. This girl walked around like she wanted diners to know she was clocking their meals.

Jillian was our waitress. She was really great and helpful. Food was great always, the best short rib I’ve ever had. The bolognese is also the best. Great food, service, atmosphere, and wine! We will be back.
