The Brasserie is the pioneer of the farm-to-table movement in Grand Cayman, setting the expectation for fresh local menus throughout the island. The grassroots establishment produces organic eggs on site, wild raw honey from its 50 hives, coconuts from the 202 palms at Coco Bluff Farm, and catches daily fresh seafood with its two fishing boats, Brasserie Catch I and Brasserie Catch II. Surrounded by an edible garden with flourishing fruit and nut trees, enjoy a unique dining experience outside in the greenhouse terrace or indoors in the elegant dining room or intimate wine cellar. The seasonally inspired and sustainable menu of delicious modern Caribbean cuisine is paired with signature cocktails and an extensive fine wine list.

The Brasserie restaurant is a boutique 65 seat restaurant with bar that warms the soul with its British colonial charm. The restaurant is a hidden gem known by locals for its incredible fresh and interesting modern Caribbean cuisine.

We had a lovely meal. The restaurant is a Foodie’s delight with a Farm to Table, and sea table, menu reflecting fresh options. We happened to be there on a Thursday evening, which is Taco Night, so we all enjoyed a different taco appetizer with a very delicious warm tortilla base. The fish taco was outstanding, and my dinner companions had the paneer and the chicken, respectively, and we all found them to be delightful. ïżŒ I would also highly recommend the burrata salad, the swordfish entrĂ©e on a wonderful bed of beans and okra, and the chocolate pudding dessert. The banana ice cream is also to die for. Service was conspicuously attentive. The dining room is well appointed and classy. I highly recommend enjoying an evening here.

    Exceptional in every way
gracious spirit of hospitality, attentive and personal service, friendly, artful and delicious food, perfect wine pairing
and even a personal tour of their garden that is the source of their farm to table philosophy. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Wow, what a phenomenal experience. We came to celebrate my partner’s birthday and we cannot wait to come back again. The food is spectacular! The ingredients they use are high quality, you can really taste the difference. The mocktails we had were so refreshingly delicious. Every plate we ordered came with gorgeous presentation. Each of the staff were so welcoming and pleasant to speak with. I cannot say enough, you have to go and see for yourself. It is one of my top faves in Cayman, without a doubt.

Our must “go to spot” when visiting Grand Cayman. We’ve been going there for the past seven (7) years (minus Covid) and it is always consistent and amazing. The service is exceptional and we absolutely love Ryan. Can’t wait to go back

Not what it used to be since it was bought by an investment firm in 2022. Everything has been reduced except the prices have increased . Small potions, sloooow service, quality of food has gone way down hill. We have been going there for years but this was their last chance and we won't return.

A great night out. Consistently one of the best dinner restaurants in Cayman. We enjoy pre-dinner drinks at the bar where Raj is extremely professional and always cheerful. There's something for everyone on the menu and the food is cooked, presented and served perfectly. Can't fault it, it's a wonderful place.
