The Brasserie is the pioneer of the farm-to-table movement in Grand Cayman, setting the expectation for fresh local menus throughout the island. The grassroots establishment produces organic eggs on site, wild raw honey from its 50 hives, coconuts from the 202 palms at Coco Bluff Farm, and catches daily fresh seafood with its two fishing boats, Brasserie Catch I and Brasserie Catch II. Surrounded by an edible garden with flourishing fruit and nut trees, enjoy a unique dining experience outside in the greenhouse terrace or indoors in the elegant dining room or intimate wine cellar. The seasonally inspired and sustainable menu of delicious modern Caribbean cuisine is paired with signature cocktails and an extensive fine wine list.

The Brasserie restaurant is a boutique 65 seat restaurant with bar that warms the soul with its British colonial charm. The restaurant is a hidden gem known by locals for its incredible fresh and interesting modern Caribbean cuisine.

Wonderful as always! The food is top notch, farm to table fresh and perfectly executed. We had the lobster as it is in season, and my lobster hating husband ate it with a smile on his face. Will definitely return, and strongly recommend you give this restaurant a try if you haven’t already.

The food is excellent and the service too. It is a bit noisy though. It is a Shane that you never seem to have the snapper in the menu now

The Brasserie is on our go to list for every trip to the Caymans and it never disappoints. We have been coming to the restaurant since 2013 and you can count on fresh, inventive, and attentive local cuisine. The honey is outstanding!!!

After the initial disappointment that they sold out of the beef Wellington, we enjoyed our anniversary dinner. Just make sure to arrive by 7pm to ensure you get the Wellington if you want it. You can also tell them in advance if you're planning on ordering it. I enjoyed the Swordfish entree while my husband enjoyed the lamb ragout pasta (suggested by our server and she was right, it was extremely delicious). It was a quiet ambience with comfortable booth furniture in the corner. We loved the island decor and excellent service. The cocktails were delicious as well. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back!

Sadly, this restaurant was very disappointing. I wanted to love it and was so excited to try it. Farm to table, local...these are all the things I crave in a restaurant. But, the food did not deliver, not even the homemade bread. We had the wahoo. It was literally terrible. I did love the farro dish that accompanied it, but I could barely eat the fish. I hope they were having an off night, but I probably would not go back. However, the people that worked there were the NICEST, most helpful people! They were all lovely, which made it all the sadder. The sommelier was so great! We really enjoyed chatting with him about places we had all visited over the years. Ugh, if only the food were good. It's a hard review to write, but it's just the truth. Maybe someone else would like the food. Maybe it was an off night, I hope so!

Wow- what a phenomenal experience. Dinner was exceptional and the staff was just outstanding. From start to finish their intentionality around sustainability and farm to table shines. We loved the garden greenhouse tour with mint aperitifs after dinner. I even received a birthday song as well.

This is a jewel in the heart of downtown George Town. What it lacks in a view (i.e. middle of a parking lot) it makes on on ambience and service. On an island where everything is imported, the food is incredibly fresh. They grow much of their own food locally and the fish is locally sourced. Service is consistently professional and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet high quality dinner or lunch this is your place.
