   Wow, My wife and I Anniversary and I can’t say enough about the place! Fantastic food best steak she had speciality potatoes fantastic! Well worth our visit there!

   From the moment we walked into The Bull Ring we knew we were in for a great evening. The service was absolutely impeccable, with the staff treating us like royalty from start to finish. The steaks were cooked to perfection, exactly to the temperatures we requested—juicy, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Every bite was a testament to the skill of the kitchen. The drinks were equally impressive, crafted with precision and creativity, making for a perfect complement to our meal. Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere was lively yet refined, blending the fun of good conversation with an upscale dining experience. Wonderful restaurant and amazing staff!

   We have been looking for a good, classic steakhouse in New Mexico now that Paul's Monterey Inn, the Ranchers' Club and others have closed. The Bull Ring comes the closet to what we were looking for. We will be back often!

   The people are great and the service was fast. The ribs were a little more fatty than I remembered and Mac and cheese could have used more cheese.

   The service and ambience was really good. We’ve come here many times. The only complaint is the steak this time. I actually called this place “old faithful” because we’ve never had a bad experience with anything. This time the steak was actually chewy in a bad way. Seemed to be lower quality than in the past. My grandfather and I struggled to get them down. We both had the ribeye steak. Everything else was good. Unfortunately the main reason to eat there was a huge disappointment. Might take a break from here for a while.

   Worst steak house I’ve ever been too in my life. They call themselves fine dining and the food is dennys level at best. Ordered 40oz porterhouse for two steak was bland and tough as shoe leather. The Au gratin potatoes here are the laziest version of potatoes I’ve ever seen I won’t even call them Au grain. They are boiled potatoes which appeared to have been diced after they have been cooked with no seasoning and cheap cheese thrown on top with no cream sauce. Asparagus was pencil thin no seasoning and tough. Food presentation was horrible. Service was garbage. Clearly the chef here is non existent or doesn’t have a clue what they are doing or don’t care about the food they are serving. Don’t waste your time or money here. The only thing fine dining about this place is the price. If you know good food, work in the industry, or at a foodie you will be disappointed. Only thing nice about the place is the ambiance:
