Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We often go there to treat ourselves from the daily grind. You just know that when you enter the front door until the time you leave, everything will be exceptional. We ask for our favorite server Kevin. He knows our preferred drinks and often helps my girlfriend order the dish that she likes. I highly recommend the Capital Grille when you just want a great meal and service that is second to none

Had the Wahgu burger special. It was very good. My husband’s was a little overdone but still good. Our waitress Colleen was wonderful.

We had a party of 4 for the Wagu and Duckhorn special in the lounge. I was afraid we’d be rushed through our meal due to the popularity of the special. We were not! The burgers were delicious, the wine was great as was the service. Typical Capital Grill. Always recommend.
