Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a reservation for 8:15 PM, but unfortunately, we weren’t seated until 9:00 PM. While we understand that restaurants can get busy, a 45-minute wait with a confirmed reservation was frustrating—especially because we were dining with someone who has diabetes and needed to eat on time. Once seated, the food was good, but the long wait left a negative impression. We hope the restaurant improves its reservation management in the future to provide a smoother experience for all guests.

    Service was excellent - very accommodating with us making decisions and there when we needed but not hovering. Great steak -- always is there, the sides were okay, prefer a choice between fresh vegetables instead of creamed spinach but not a real problem. Is not inexpensive but is worth the high standard of steaks.
