Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I reserved a high top in the lounge but took seats at the bar. We went for the Wagu and wine promotion. The service is outstanding as is the food. Highly recommend.

    We had a reservation for 8:15 PM, but unfortunately, we weren’t seated until 9:00 PM. While we understand that restaurants can get busy, a 45-minute wait with a confirmed reservation was frustrating—especially because we were dining with someone who has diabetes and needed to eat on time. Once seated, the food was good, but the long wait left a negative impression. We hope the restaurant improves its reservation management in the future to provide a smoother experience for all guests.

    The steaks, as always, were fired perfectly. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they brought a free appetizer and dessert!

    Service was excellent - very accommodating with us making decisions and there when we needed but not hovering. Great steak -- always is there, the sides were okay, prefer a choice between fresh vegetables instead of creamed spinach but not a real problem. Is not inexpensive but is worth the high standard of steaks.
