Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Such a lovely meal, I’m coeliac and I was given a different menu to choose from, so I knew my options. Steak was melt in your mouth and service was great. Im so sorry I didn’t get our servers name but she handled the large party and us very well. Thank you

    We were celebrating my daughter‘s graduation as she received her MBA. Our waitress was phenomenal and took excellent care of us. We never had to ask for a refill of soda, she was always there. The food was incredible and the noise level was a little high, but it was very busy for a Sunday night!

    We love Capital Grill Chestnut Hill but not this past time. The server was missing the professional polish that we have become used to at Capital Grill. Service was sporadic, personality was missing. We felt we were a burden not a welcomed guest. Steaks were good once they finally arrived. This was a 2 hour drawn out eating experience, much too long.
