Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food was very good and the service really stood out. The staff went out of their way to make a special birthday for my friend, even decorating the table and leaving a birthday card. Service was fast and professional.

    My experience at the capital grille was fantastic! Very beautiful interior, phenomenal food, and exceptional service. Arabella was our server and made our experience great! Would recommend and thank you to capital grille for a great evening and meal!

    Our steaks were flavorless and one of them was undercooked. The cream spinach was also flavorless and chewy.

    The food at the Capital Grille is always outstanding as is the service. It's expensive so it's hard to say it's a great value but it's certainly worth what I paid. This was the Chevy Chase location and I found it to be quite a bit louder than the Northern Virginia locations I typically visit.
