Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We enjoyed my birthday celebration Wednesday night. Once we were seared, the service was great in all res, and my filet mignon and wife’s Chilean Sea Bass were perfectly prepared and delicious. The drinks and birthday dessert were excellent.

    We live in West LA and travel to. Costa Mesa every 3 months to meet family for lunch. Capital Grill never disappoints! Food is great and so is the service. Wish we had one nearer to us.

    Already top notch here at Capital, excellent food and service. Corkage fee has gone up to $40, but still worth it. Will be back soon!

    Service was great. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and Adrianna worked so hard to make it memorable. Appetizers and cocktails are phenomenal.

    As always the best service from Carin we also met a new server Kevin who was very helpful and took great care of us. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our selves not being rushed. Can’t wait to get back already.
