Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     What a nice touch with a handwritten birthday card on the table for my Dad’s birthday! One of the best coconut cream pie & cheesecake I’ve ever had.

    We took my Mom here for her 85th Birthday 🎂 and she absolutely loved it. My husband and I have been coming here for years and view it as one of our favorite restaurants. Thank you Capital Grille for making my Mom's Birthday special. She absolutely loves Ribeye Steak and was in awe of the Ribeye steak sandwich. Amazing 👏

    The service and food were excellent. I thought it was quite expensive. I had a cup of soup and a caesar salad with chicken for $55. The clams in the soup were very chewy. The salad was really good, and it was large. I ordered soup and salad because I really did not care for the other dinner menu choices.

    Out visits to Capital Grill in Costa Mesa are always outstanding, especially for New Year's Eve! It's become a tradition! Our server, Derrick, was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and welcoming. Definitely 5 star!!

    Capital Grille is always amazing!! The steaks were cooked perfectly and everything was so good! The location was quite busy and their waiting area isn’t very suited for lots of people but otherwise a great experience!

    Time and again , The Capital Grille does not disappoint! Our food and wine were superb and it all started and finished with the very best service! Our server Chad was top notch in every regard and honestly, the service at Capital Grille is always amazing!
