Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Business lunch is always a pleasure at the Capital Grille. Glad they are nearby. Food and service are always great. I prefer the bar seating when available. My guest raved about the salmon salad, and my usual tenderloin Cobb salad is a winner.

    We received excellent service from Oscar in the lounge area. Our food was outstanding, some of the best we have enjoyed in Uptown Dallas. Steak was incredible quality, cooked perfectly, seasoned simply letting the flavor of the steak shine. Tuna entree was extremely flavorful and a large portion. Coconut cream pie is a must for desert. Definitely will be back to dine again.

    What a nice evening…our dinner was in a quite corner of the lounge. Service was provided by Taylor, one of the bartenders…and wow, what a nice experience. We ordered appetizers and a bottle of wine. Taylor really did a great job decanting the bottle and his presentation was one of the best wine deliveries I’ve ever seen! We really appreciated his attention!

    We had a great experience! I visited for my birthday dinner with my friend who was visiting from VA. We had Tatiana that waited our table and she was awesome! Very personable and pleasant as well as knowledgeable about the menu! We truly enjoyed our experience!!! The Porcini Bone in Ribeye was very tasty and expertly cooked! The Crab and lobster cake was very good and the lobster Mac was very tasty and filling! Overall I would dine here again!
