Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This was another excellent Thanksgiving dinner at The Capital Grille. Our server Eric was phenomenal and the front desk managers were very accommodating. We will be back - diner at The Capital Grille is an experience!

    My server Cory was awesome. He made my son & I Thanksgiving wonderful. He made sure our glasses weren’t empty and food was flowing. The coat and umbrella checks were wonderful as well.

    Rachel our server was amazing and the food outstanding. We celebrated our "anniversaries" and the extra touches were beautiful -- thank you Captial Grille for never disappointing us :)

    Capital Grille as is usual, never fails to deliver. So we got what we went for, excellent food, exceptional drinks, superb service, and great ambiance. We had the Caesar Salad, Lollipop Lamb Chops, bone in Ribeye Steak, Lemon Drop Martini, Mango Royale, Kona Expresso Martini, and Cheese Cake. The food was prepared to perfection, the drinks were amazing, & everything was just simply delicious. We did have several cocktails as we took an Uber Black Car to & Lyft Black Car back home.

    We celebrated our 3rd anniversary here and our table had a card and rose waiting for us. From that moment on, we knew we had made the right choice. Aziz was our server and he was super friendly! He checked in with us just enough times so that it wasn’t overbearing. The food was excellent, as soon as the 36oz Tomahawk steak reached our taste buds my wife and eye could not control the look of shock we both had because of its flavor. The lobster Mac n cheese was also incredible. We have no regrets and will definitely be returning to enjoy their services again!

    Outstanding restaurant. Capital Grille went out of their way to celebrate our 20th anniversary!! Our waiter was phenomenal. Food was great too!!
