Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Again…another excellent experience at Indy Capital Grille! The staff is top-notch… thoughtful and professional! That is always something that sticks out to me with every visit! Exceptional food and drink, as well!

    Ambiance has declined. Back room now wide open group seating. Not as intimate as before. Special dessert was great but complimentary champagne toast deleted. Steak was just a hunk of meat on a bare white plate. Meat was great but presentation was plain and stark. Servers were attentive and polite but starter calamari was served with cocktails while expecting diner to hold large menus.

    We ordered the seafood plateau and it was all cold. That’s how it comes, but there isn’t any notation. So we spent $125 on cold seafood….
