Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Michelle our server was outstanding. In was our Anniversary and the resturant went out of their way to make it special for us. They served us free champagne as well as free desert and decorated the table with a signed card wishing us a happy anniversary.

    This has been a restaurant we meet during the Holidays for the past three years, and this year was our best experience! Farouk was our server and was excellent, making sure we had all that we wanted to try, while leaving us to our conversations. The food was amazing and would always recommend the corn as a side.

    The Risotto that came with my seared scallops was dry and had a few dried pieces of lobster ( I wasn’t expecting much lobster but the few dry pieces were well below my modest expectations) My son also had a risotto dish that was even drier The steaks were all cooked perfectly and were delicious Our server Catalina was extremely pleasant and attentive
