Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Upon our arrival, (7 of us), we were greeted by my two favorite and wonderful women servers, Dana and Michelle, who I always request. We placed our order for drinks, starting off with delicious Cosmos, Old Fashions and Wine. Once settled in with our drinks, Dana highlighted some of the menu options and other specials. We ordered salads, filet mignons, NY Strip steaks, side dishes, au gratin potatoes, sautéed spinach, soy-glazed Brussels Sprouts, more wine, and finished off with a delicious chef selections of desserts. Going to Capital Grille with my nieces, nephews & significant others was the highlight of our weekend together. Kudos to the Chef and to my favorite servers, it was a spectacular evening, with amazing food, amazing drinks and amazing family.

    Capital Grille has never ever disappointed us. We began our dining bliss when moving to Olathe, KS in 2000 and were delighted to find we could continue dining at Capital Grille in King of Prussia! Love the new courtesy when wait staff takes your pic & presents it to you framed! That was sooooo special. Have never had a less than excellent dining experience with them.
