Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Went out with the wife and myself to celebrate the two of us alone!! Nelson was our waiter, and he took exceptional care of us! The bread was warm, salad was on point, and the steaks were to die for! The ambiance looking over the lights of the strip, pushed the evening over the top! Can't wait to go back! We'll definitely be requesting Nelson next time!

Our server - Kevin - was fantastic, making the dinner special for us. The food was very, very good. I would’ve like my steak cooked a bit more, but I didn’t say anything at the time. A special ‘birthday’ desert was given to me by Kevin on behalf of the restaurant. Special and tasty! Overall, the experience was as good as expected. We can’t wait to go back again.

Consistently perfect in every way. We go for lunch and dinner and chose to go on New Years Eve with our usual group, which is a testament to the service level even on the most stressful night of the year.

New Year Eve dinner with Capital Grille was amazing!! Brian and the other waitor were totally awesome!! The food was cooked to order and we enjoyed every taste. We will share our experience and hope to visit again!

Our waiter Isaiah was amazing very good very attentive explained everything if you had questions, he answered it top notch service. Thank you Isaiah for making our New Year’s Eve dinner. Amazing.
