Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Came here for my cousins bachelor party. We were able to reschedule numerous times because of scheduling. And the valet parking was a very good experience. Everybody was fast, respectful, and overall amazing. We love coming to The Capital Grille.

Love mahogany atmosphere but way over priced $50 for a simple chicken breast ( insane) Park to eat there $15 that is not welcoming . 9.50 for a bottle of water that costs them $1 at most. Everything on menu is up 15% and it is not worth it

I had an exceptional experience from start to finish! The service was impeccable—every staff member was attentive and friendly. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. Every bite reflected the care and quality the restaurant puts into their dishes. If you’re looking for a steakhouse that delivers both top-notch service and incredible food, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
