   My husband and I had an absolutely amazing Valentine’s Day dinner at The Capital Grille. We specifically requested William as our server, as he took care of us during a visit five months ago and left a lasting impression. Once again, he exceeded our expectations with his incredible service. His knowledge of the menu, wine recommendations, and overall professionalism made our evening truly special. We enjoyed the ribeye and the sea bass, both of which were cooked to perfection. The lobster bisque was phenomenal—rich, flavorful, and a must-try. The au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach complemented our meal beautifully. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was warm and elegant, making for a perfect night out. The service was impeccable, and we truly appreciated William’s attentiveness and expertise. This was an unforgettable experience, and we will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!

   The service was exceptional, and Craig truly went above and beyond—he was attentive without being overbearing (thanks so much!). The creme brulee was absolutely divine, unlike anything I've tasted before. I will definitely be returning!

   Your hostess Natalia was not very pleasant when we walked up to ask her a question. Great customer service starts at the first interaction with the consumer (my family) I advise you have the right individual with the right personality attending your customers as they walk in to spend a few hundred bucks on food. Our waiter Abraham was phenomenal. He greeted us as soon as we were sat and knew every piece of the menu. Great personality and very attentive to us. Someone like Abraham is who you need up front! Thank you Abraham 🤝

   Capital Grill is our go to restaurant for special occasions. Brett Z service was outstanding. He made us feel welcomed and he was very attentive the entire time. The food was cooked to perfection. The lobster and crabmeat cake tasted great. We highly recommend the restaurant to our family and friends. I would recommend ending your meal with the Coconut Cream pie. It’s a delicious treat for dessert.

   The experience at capital Grille is always amazing. We were disappointed, though that they didn’t have steak  tartare anymore on their menu.  The tuna tartare and the scallops were amazing.

    I Understand that they were fully booked Yesterday, February 14, but... My wife Veal Chop was bad in service timing, and cooking, and rather very poor meat quality My Cesar Salad was almost terrible; no flavors at all Chilean sea bass recipes seem to be good to our dear long-time friends as our guests Our check -at $486.44 without a 20% tip- was extremely expensive...even for this top kind of restaurant; we can properly say that as high-end restaurant goers all over the USA and Europe Our highlight was the excellent service by Jose...and his comp dessert for my wife's birthday
