Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We always go to Capital Grille before shows. We always eat in the bar and usually have the same bartender helping us. He is outstanding!! Like seeing a friend again. Food is always excellent.

    Our night at Capital Grille was perfect! Carlos was a fantastic server and the food was just amazing! When you splurge on a night out like that you want it to be perfect and it truly was!

    Odd that I got a notification about proper attire in dining room but the groups around us were in leisure wear and took down end of evening with the smell of marijuana. Consistency matters

    Our waitress Shannon was great . A homeless person came in and she handle herself so well. And the management was great as well handle the situation perfect. Treated the homeless person with respect but I still felt safe .
