Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Chris was fun and made our special evening especially enjoyable. The manager, Steve was so helpful when we were looking for a missing contact lens (funny, sort of). Great night! Capital Grill is where we go enemies we want to celebrate. Oh, the food was excellent, you should try the ribeye.

Staff made our Anniversary experience awesome. Table side singing and added dessert/champagne treat at the end. As usual the steak and sides were tasty!

We celebrated my birthday tonight with our adult children and their spouses. I can’t even begin to say how wonderful the evening was. The service exceeded our expectations and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything that we ordered was amazing. There were 6 of us and everything that we ordered was amazing. We will definitely go back again soon. We have never been disappointed with the food and service at Capital Grill. The Valet parking was also excellent.

We were there on our Anniversary and The Capital Grille made our celebration incredibly special!!! They had rose pedals on our table and they offered us complimentary champagne! Our server, Jon, was OUTSTANDING! He was incredibly sweet and attentive. We both had the Peppercorn Sirloin with Courvoisier cream sauce- best steaks we’ve EVER had! Unbelievably tender and flavorful. Our side dishes were amazing too. Our evening ended with a complimentary Happy Anniversary dessert. The Capital Grille is our favorite restaurant and they never disappoint! We had an anniversary celebration we will never forget!!!

It is not as good as it used to be to be. The crab cake now has lobster and I miss the original. The steak was ok and the asparagus jaws not the big stocks as in the past. The value is not what it use to be. It will be a long time before I return

We love going to the Capital Grille. Used to be for special occasions but now we go as often as we can. They have specials from time to time. This would be a great way to check them out. Their filet mignon is outstanding!
