Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We took a sweet widow frien to lunch. We had asked for a quiet table as she is older (and so are we, LOL!) and we wanted to talk & get to know each other. Our table was perfect for the occasion, the waitress was super great, and the food beyond delicious.! I dearly love their French Onion Soup as a starter! We two ladies had the onion soup and the tenderloin on rolls with truffle fries…yummy. My husband had the Cobb Steak Salad. We all had their best dessert, which we agreed is their cream brûlée, with cafe latte! The atmosphere is nice the service great and the food delicious! A great start for the upcoming holiday season.
