   We were sat along the wall which we now know was too dark to enjoy the dining experience. My husband could not see the food on his plate. He ordered a rare filet but half way through he mentioned it wasn’t very flavorful. We used the flashlight on his phone and saw his rare filet was mid-well done and tough. There was very very letter sauce for the lobster. We won’t accept a table in the dark next time. Our server was more of a waiter than a high end server who leads the guest through the dining experience. First time ever having a MEH experience at the location. Disappointing for a 300$ tab.

   One of the steaks was under cooked - sent back and then over cooked. Servedr and management very attentive to resolve. Which they did

   Excellent food, excellent service, our waiter was right on top all night. This restaurant in my opinion is the best steak house around. I’m definitely going back again for its terrific people and food.

   Always excellent service and great ambiance. Steak was cooked perfectly, oysters fresh and delish, sides were perfect and the scallop and lobster risotto delicious. Thx Vio and Anthony for making it a great night!

   My friends and I dine out often at fine restaurants. Capitol Grill is one of the best! The quality of the food is outstanding, the service is beyond excellent, and the atmosphere reminds me of the finest steak houses in New York! Special mention must be made of our server, Fatih Tastan. He was outstanding in every way from the taking of our order, the timing of the delivery of items to our table, to the presentation of the check. Fatih was impeccable. I cannot remember a finer server. All in all an outstanding dining experience!

    My daughter and I celebrated her birthday at this restaurant and the staff gave us the perfect setting, menu, service, and ambience. Thank you so much to our server, Kim Gergaghty, who provided the get together for us that was perfect in every way.
