Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had high expectations considering the reviews and price tag. We ordered a cocktail, glass of wine, creamed corn for the table, filet mignon and a veal tomahawk. The corn was the best item we had. Unfortunately, the steaks weren’t anything special and we had high hopes for them to be. Overall the dinner was fine but for the price tag, we hoped for better.

    Honestly everything about capital grille was nice but the food just wasn’t worth the money , the kona crusted steak was not good at all way too charred, can’t even taste the steak, and lobster mac just wasn’t good personally, very greasy and better sides, but calamari was the best part for sure and great service everybody was nice

    Always great food. We went on Valentine’s Day without high expectations, as most restaurants usually pack people in and rush them Out. We were very pleasantly surprised. We were not rushed and the quality was excellent as it always is. Can’t go wrong at the Capital Grille

    In town for the Eagles parade. Our waiter, Howard, was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Everything was just perfect.

    Came here to celebrate my birthday and had a great experience! They accidentally overcooked one of our steaks but our server noticed it quickly and more than made up for it. Food was great and so was the service. Will definitely be coming back!!

    I had the best boneless New York strip I’ve ever had. I ordered it medium, and unlike many current chefs who interpret that as medium rare, this was a perfect medium! I can’t wait to have it again!
