Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grille continues to be consistent in every regard… great service, expertly prepared steaks, one of the best bread baskets around. Our party of 10 morphed into a 12 and they accommodated us with the greatest of ease. Another excellent lunch!

    Service and food were fabulous! We go out a lot, to many nice steak places in and around Pittsburgh, the food and the service especially, will make us want to visit The Capital Grille again soon. Thank you

    Our favorite place is a table in the bar at Cap Grille! Wonderful service- attentive, but no pressure. We love to have some good wine, a few oysters and delicious salad. A perfect girls night out.

    We had a great time and great meal at Capital Grill to celebrate my son's birthday. They had very nice touches including confetti on table and card to wish him a happy birthday and then a special dessert. Our server Victoria was awesome and provided great service. Food was excellent and well prepared. Only complaint was we were in a booth towards the front entry way so it really impacted the overall ambiance of the visit.
