Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our favorite place is a table in the bar at Cap Grille! Wonderful service- attentive, but no pressure. We love to have some good wine, a few oysters and delicious salad. A perfect girls night out.

    We had a great time and great meal at Capital Grill to celebrate my son's birthday. They had very nice touches including confetti on table and card to wish him a happy birthday and then a special dessert. Our server Victoria was awesome and provided great service. Food was excellent and well prepared. Only complaint was we were in a booth towards the front entry way so it really impacted the overall ambiance of the visit.
