Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We’ve never been disappointed when we dine at Capital Grille. The food and service surpass any other restaurant. Or server , Amanda was courteous, knowledgeable and cheerful.

    We both ordered the filet mignon special. It was ordered medium rare. Mine came came med rare. My husband’s came medium, we switched them. My baked potato was dry. Not enough butter. Overall it was fine. Our first time there. We prefer Flemings. One and done for us.

    As always another great experience. What amazes me about the Capital Grill is the consistency of their food and service. I’ve been to multiple locations across the country and they are the same - Great!

    Always great, best place to go for the best food around ! Chris the manager, who has been there for 30 years and makes sure everyone is happy . I give the place 5 stars !

    Order my steak med rare as a steak should be and it came to the table well done. Well it was pretty close to shoe leather I chewed and chewed as much as I could due to my waitress being M.i.a and not being able to send the steak back my wife's chicken was like saw dust due to over cooking it was a overall a bad experience spent alot of money and left hungry and disappointed
