Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. It was my granddaughter’s birthday. The table was decorated and there was a birthday card. To top it off, they gave her a free desert. We were blown away!

Once again Capital Grill was excellent. Our party shared the fried calamari as well as the tuna tartare for appetizers. Both were very good especially the calamari. My wife and guest’s entrees of filet with lobster were superb. My Gorgonzola encrusted NY strip was quite good as well. For dessert we had berries with cream and coconut cake both of which were delicious. All this excellent food was served by Joe, our very friendly and knowledgeable server. We’ve eaten at several Capital Grills over many years and have always enjoyed the experience.

The quality, ambience and service have never been disappointing. It is a cut above any other “chain” steakhouse and better than many stand alone’s.
