Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great food and service!!! Came to capital grill to try out their new wagyu burger special. It is fantastic! When you go to capital "Request" the server name (Marina) She is absolutely the best server. She is super kind and attentive! Overall experience was a great time! BUT the hostess did leave a slight fowl taste in my mouth. I'm not asking for the red carpet to be rolled out when I showed up. A nice greeting would've been nice, but instead I was greeted by an annoyed look from her and a cold shoulder when I asked her a question about my seating. The Cream corm side-dish is a must at capital FYI!!!

    We came for the burger and wine specials but we wound up ordering off the regular menu. Sat in a table in the bar. Food was perfect.

    We had a lovely anniversary lunch today. Our waiter Xavier was so attentive and pleasant. Our food was very good. Michael loved his tenderloin frite plate, and I enjoyed the lobster salad. Our table was decorated with hearts and a Happy Anniversary note. After lunch Xavier brought us flutes of champagne, took our picture, and brought us some delicious desserts. We felt like royalty! It was a great day!

    Always a pleasant experience Brett is always warm and tasty and the drinks were perfect. We sat on the patio and enjoyed ourselves.
