Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grille does not disappoint! The front door staff was very welcoming and we were seated right away. Our server and the server assistant were spot on. Our server offered us a cocktail to start with and the assistant gave us water and bread service. Our server, Matt explained the menu and told us about the evenings specials. We placed our orders and shared a salad. The meal was fantastic, arrived quickly and was hot. Everything was delicious and we will return again soon. Thank you for helping us celebrate an early Valentines Day dinner.

    Wonderful lunch from start to finish. Stacy was our server and was attentive without being too much. Food was amazing and noise was minimal even though it was at prime lunch time.

    Enjoyable, very comfortable lunch experience with friends. Pleasant, upscale atmosphere. Great selection of delicious food for lunchtime dining. Professional but friendly service, which was attentive without intrusive. The Capital Grille consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience.

    Our waiter was wonderful but food was just ok for value. Our steaks had to be redone and by then our 2 other guests were finished with meal.
