Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Took my friend for her birthday dinner. Emily was our excellent waitress and the food was just perfect as always. Lobster and crab cakes, sea bass, tuna and the complimentary birthday dessert.

Michael was our waiter. Excellent! We ordered a steak and a salmon dish after sharing a tuna tartare. The food was perfect. We LOVE the Capital Grille!

Went for the Wagu Beef Burgers I had previously and was served non wagu burgers. They were polar opposite in texture and taste, but got charged for wagu

Always an awesome experience at Capital Grille. On this visit we had Liz. She was great. We do have our regular favorite staff and we are pleased to add another. The filet with cippolinni mushrooms is delicious. Try the pumpernickel bread.

Jordan is a fantastic server and our meal was delicious. We had a party of six and went on last night of Restaurant Week at 5:30 on a Sunday. It was unusually packed and pretty noisy but only because it was last night of Restaurant Week. Chef Carlos crushed every single thing. Highly recommend
