Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Absolutely wonderful to dine at the Capital Grill. The dry New York strip and the salmon was amazing and to top it off with the chocolate dessert. The waitress was excellent. Don’t hesitate on dinner here.

    My wife and I had a dinner reservation at Capital Grille for Valentine's Day, and it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance was elegant, the food was excellent, and the crème brûlée for dessert was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend dining there.

    Maybe it was a very busy night, but food and service was not the same standard than in Naples the night before. The salad not near as good , steak was the same, service a bit slow.

    Food and service was fantastic! We celebrated an anniversary and they were incredible in recognizing that. Our server was the best I have seen anywhere in years! Expensive but worth every penny!!!
