Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     If you are looking for an enjoyable dining experience, Capital Grille is a place for you. Today we enjoyed a delicious lunch and our server(Darrell) took extremely great care of us, provided excellent recommendations and was super proactive and anticipating your needs. One of our most favorite places to go and continues to exceed our expectations. Try the Wagyu burgers while they are still featured —best burger I’ve ever had!!

    A great dining experience, from greeting to table and dinner. The staff ws friendly and helpful. Our server, Stephanie, was attentive and paced the meal perfectly. The New York Strip steak was prepared and cooked to perfection. The veal chop was excellent, tender and delicious. Highly recommend
