Capital Grille is always a good experience. Good, not great in my opinion. Valet parking at $5 is a steal quite honestly. On this visit we were seated within 10 mins of our reservation time which isn't bad considering this location is always packed. It is always energetic and vibrant when it comes to the noise level, so if you're looking for a quiet dining experience this isn't the place. There are other rooms within the restaurant which may afford a more quiet environment. Our server (Phillip) and the staff was very knowledgeable of the evening's specials and greeted us with enthusiasm. We started off with a Blackberry Sidecar and an In Fashion specialty drink. Unfortunately, the In Fashion was akin to diesel fuel and I asked to replace it which our server quickly did at no charge. The Blackberry Sidecar was unique and good. Appetizers: Lobster Bisque Bowl, and Lobster and Crab Cakes. The Crab Cakes were outstanding. We actually just had them make one which we shared versus the two. The Lobster Bisque had the consistency of tapioca and was far too thick for either of our liking. It was a large bowl, and had lots of lobster within, but was not creamy as would've liked. I went with the Bone In Ribeye and lobster tail on the side, and my wife had the Sesame Seared Tuna with an order of sauteed spinach. The ribeye lacked the punch of salt and pepper I usually like, but what definitely delicious with the tail and warm butter. The Sesame Seared Tuna was spot on and very delicious. Spinach was a bit too salty, but had tons of flavor. All in all an 8 out of 10 I'd say, but for the price I'm looking for a bit more. Nonetheless, it was not a disappointment by any means, and hope you will enjoy.

While our server was lovely, the food and atmosphere has gone downhill. Been a fan for years but I’ll be looking for new steakhouse.

We both got the Wagyu burger special and they were great. Cooked perfectly, with limited toppings so you can really taste the meet. My wife loved their fries (I got a side Caesar instead). But the real treat was starting with a Caviar and Chips dish, which was amazing. Some high class chips and dip, accompanied by a couple of glasses of champagne. This menu was only available in the bar, so it did get a bit loud as the night wore on and the BB games heated up, but that’s expected in a bar. We will be back.

Shortly after we were seated at a bar table, a large group came in. It then became obvious they had scheduled a large birthday party of about 15-20 around us with people literally bumping into me while we ate. We were expecting a nice quiet evening. Management should have known not to seat us there or reseated us.

The lobster crab cakes were really good. Filet was cooked perfectly. Service was pretty good. Could've had a little more attention.
