We were visiting Philadelphia and looking for a nice place with some atmosphere to enjoy an evening dinner. The Dandelion hit all the right chords. The pub is behind a large wooden door within a pair of wonderful old former houses. The inside is divided up into nice rooms with character in keeping with an old English pub. We had wonderfully crafted cocktails, dinner and dessert for a bill that did not break $200. The staff were welcoming and on their game. Excellent overall. A true treasure for locals and visitors alike.

This has become one of my favorite places to go for special occasions. The relaxed atmosphere coupled with the cool aesthetic makes this place special. The service is always top notch and the food never disappoints. It’s why this place is always bustling with people. I will continue to patronize this place with my favorite people on the most important days.

Loved finding this gem downtown. The restaurant is in a lovely old building and the decor in the room we dined in was all dogs. So cute! The ambiance in the other rooms was great too. We dined at lunch and it was Rabbit pie for me and Shepherds pie for my date. Both were delicious. I noticed they have Goslings rum and ginger beer so I had to order a dark and stormy! Great beer selections too. Definitely recommend.

We’ve been to Dandelion many times and it’s our go-to spot when we host out-of-town visitors. It’s the perfect location … the food is always great, the rooms are exactly what you would look for in a traditional English pub, and the service is reliably impeccable. We look forward to many more lunch, brunch, and dinner opportunities at Dandelion.

The food was scrumptious!! Waldorf salad was so delicious and so were the tea sandwiches, scones and pastries. Service and ambiance were excellent. I could have done without the music, which added to the high noise level in the restaurant. Other than high noise level, it was an amazing experience!!
