And the service by Adam was amazing. The steak was a bit chewy because of the gristle, but apart from that, the food quality matched the name. In general, it was a great date night at the Grill Room.

                                                                                            ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Father’s Day Dinner We had an outstanding Father’s Day dinner at The Grill Room. The elegant, welcoming atmosphere was perfect for a special family evening. Our server, Paul, was incredibly attentive and made dining with our young kids seamless and stress-free. The food was phenomenal—highlights included the crab cake, scallops with pork belly, and an unforgettable 20 oz. Canadian prime ribeye that was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The fresh bread was a hit, and we left with a new appreciation for BC wines thanks to the excellent selection. Thank you to Paul and the team for a truly memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The steaks were cooked to perfection but did not appear to be quality cuts of beef, compared to what we get in the US. The service was very good, although the restaurant appeared slightly under staffed as the servers were rushing from table to table. Two separate menus were offered - the Grill Steakhouse and the regular hotel restaurant - all in the same dining room. We realized this when we ordered dessert - what the neighboring table ordered was not offered on our steakhouse menu. The server allowed us to order it anyway. However this was slightly confusing and took away from the specialness of the steakhouse dining experience.
